About these terms

This website, notld.shop, is run by the Night of the Living Dead Store, based in Woonona, New South Wales, Australia. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item can't be made or sent to your address, or if there's an obvious error in a price or description. If we cancel, we'll refund anything you've paid in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise, and don't include shipping, which is added at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Products

Every item is made to order. We take care to show products accurately, but colours on screen vary and printed items can differ slightly from the images. The Colour Edition is a restored and colourised version of the 1968 film; the Black & White Edition is the same restoration in black and white.

Intellectual property

The Colour Edition restoration, the artwork, the designs and the content of this site are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying an item gives you that item for your personal use. It doesn't give you the right to copy, broadcast, screen publicly or otherwise use the content or designs.

Using the site

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, or collect other people's information from it. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Other services

The site runs on Shopify and uses other services such as payment providers and our production partners. Their own terms apply to their services, and we aren't responsible for third party websites we link to.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
