In 1968 George A. Romero and a small crew of Pittsburgh friends made a horror film on a shoestring budget in and around Evans City, Pennsylvania. Night of the Living Dead went on to create the modern zombie, and every zombie film since owes it something.
For the Colour Edition we went back to the film and restored and colourised it frame by frame. The orange of Ben's shirt, the green walls of the farmhouse, the pale blue coupe on the cemetery road: you can see it all as you never have before.
