Shipping policy

Everything in this store is made to order and sent by our production partners. The discs and the printed items are made by different partners, so if your order has both they may arrive in separate parcels.

When your order ships

  • Blu-ray and DVD: usually ship within 2 business days.
  • Apparel, posters and homewares: printed to order and usually ship within 3 to 7 business days.

Blu-ray and DVD shipping

One flat rate per order, however many discs you order:

  • United States: US$6.95, usually 3 to 7 days after it ships
  • Canada: US$19.95, airmail
  • Everywhere else we ship discs: US$29.95, airmail

The Blu-ray and DVD ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vatican City. International airmail times vary by country.

Apparel, posters and homewares

Shipping for printed items is worked out at checkout from what you order and where it's going. Some printed items only ship to certain countries. If an item can't be sent to your country, it shows as Sold out.

Duties and taxes

Our prices don't include import duties or taxes. If your country charges them on delivery, they're payable by you.

Late or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery estimate plus 10 business days, email us at hello@notld.shop with your order number and we'll look into it. If it's been lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once you've paid the postage.
